(E) Fulfillment and Shipping

Fulfillment

  • Standard orders must be shipped out within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • For custom or made-to-order orders, the order must be acknowledged by you to the customer within 7 days of receiving the order. The fulfillment of the order is based on your custom order shipping policy that is clearly defined within the product description.

Shipping

  • Vendors are responsible for shipping orders to customers. This means all vendors should have adequate shipping and packaging supplies, have the supplies and capability of labeling each shipment with the customer address and return address, and have the ability to drop off packages to a shipping carrier.

(F) Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All refunds and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. Based on the product you are selling, you need to develop your own refund, exchange, and shipping policies. If an issue arises, we encourage you to handle the issue amicably and directly with the buyer to rectify the situation.

(G) Suspension and Termination

  • Customer Orders

    • Standard orders must be shipped out within 7 days of receiving the order. A fulfillment reminder email is sent on day 5. If fulfillment will not be made within 7 days, the customer should be informed via email BEFORE the 7th day.

    • If the order is not shipped and there is no communication with the customer, the Maker will be responsible for reimbursement of customer shipping cost.

      • The third instance of an order being shipped after 7 days without sufficient and timely communication will result in probation - your store being placed on “vacation mode” for a quarter.

      • The first instance of shipping delay without communication post probation will result in the immediate deactivation of the Maker on the marketplace.

  • Invoiced Contracts (corporate gifting, wholesale, bulk orders, etc.)

    • If the expected delivery date or order changes in any way (for example, scent, color, print, quantity, etc.), it must communicate immediately in writing via email to both Erin Bush and Kristen Lopez. • Communication

    • If a Maker receives a customer inquiry, we expect the Maker to respond back to the customer within 48 hours. If the Maker continuously does not respond to customers in a timely manner, this will result in probation - your store being placed on “vacation mode” for a quarter.
